About Us

Our Mission & Purpose

The Center for Community Stewardship (C4CS) offers fiscal sponsorship and facilitation support.

Our mission is to empower community-based organizations to build a more just and equitable society. We do this through fiscal sponsorship, coaching, training, and administrative support.

Our Values

Building Community

We depend upon each other, and treat each other with grace, kindness and honesty. We hold each other accountable to fulfilling our mutual responsibilities.

Fostering a Growth Mindset

We create an environment that encourages continuous learning, and we take a strengths-based approach to working with each other.

Taking Thoughtful Risks

We take a trust-based approach to working with community-based organizations. We are willing to take thoughtful risks to support the success of their work.

Increasing Access

We believe in reducing barriers to access. We connect organizations to the resources and support they need to thrive.
