Karen’s Essential Center

Karen’s Essential Center offers the community access to household items such as cleaning supplies, personal hygiene items, and toiletries.

Mission: to provide a service that is essential to the quality of our health, and help those in need no matter who they are. To offer a helping hand when it is needed when you feel you have exhausted your resources. To help fill a void in a family life for a short period of time and help our community find the resources they need to continue to thrive.

The Center is located inside of Elver Park Neighborhood Center, at 1201 McKenna Blvd., Madison, WI 53719, and will be open every other Thursday from 4-6pm. There is a three times/month limit to receive items from the center, so it can supply as many families and individuals as it is able to.
